The Application Process
So, how do you get started?
Eligibility: This opportunity is exclusively for current NHM employees. You must already be working under NHM to apply.
2. Application Form: Download the application form from the district portal website at https://kendujhar.odisha.gov.in.
3. Required Documents:
A No Objection Certificate (NOC)
A Continuation Certificate confirming uninterrupted service in the same position under NHM
An experience certificate from your current CDM&PHO (Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer)
4. Deadline: Submit your application to the Keonjhar office by 5:00 PM on 27th September 2024. Late applications will not be accepted, so please ensure timely submission.
5. Submission Instructions: Send your application via Registered or Speed Post only. Clearly label the envelope with: “Application for In-house Contractual Employee of NHM Working in the Same Post under OSH&FWS Society.
Important Things to Note
- Selection Process: The selection will be based on your length of incumbency under the Society and the applicable reservation category, if any.
- No Fresh Applications: This drive is strictly for existing NHM employees—applications from outside will not be accepted.
