Post Name | Contract Medical Practitioner (CMP) – General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) |
Vacancy | 2 (1 for UR and 1 for OBC) |
Walk In Interview | 1/10/2024 |
Salary:
- The monthly salary is pretty competitive, especially considering it’s a government role.
- If you’re a retired railway doctor or from the government medical services, the pay will be adjusted based on your pension. It’s all very fair and designed to ensure you’re well-compensated for your experience.
Plus, they’re even offering a first-class railway pass for you and your family after three months of continuous service! Not too shabby, right?
Eligibility:
- You need to have at least an MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Indian Medical Council (or a State Medical Council) is a must.
- Completed one year of internship? You’re good to go!
- Higher qualifications are always a bonus, so if you have any post-graduation or specialty degrees, they’ll give you an edge.
Age Limit:
- You should be under 53 years old as of 1st September 2024. (Relaxation applies if you’re from SC/ST or OBC communities.)
