Written Examination

The written exam is a crucial step in the selection process. Here’s what you need to know:

• Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist: Tests include English, Arithmetic, General Knowledge, and Computer Science.

• Junior Typist: Includes English, Type Writing, Computer Science, and Viva-Voce.

• Stenographer Grade-III: Features English, Shorthand and Type Writing, Computer Science, and Viva-Voce.

• Salaried Amin: Covers English, Arithmetic, Technical Knowledge (Theory and Practical), Computer Science, and Viva-Voce.

Skill Tests

Certain positions require practical demonstrations:

1. Junior Typist: A Type Writing Test where you must type a passage within a set time.

2. Stenographer Grade-III: Shorthand and Type Writing Test, including transcription of a dictated passage.

3. Salaried Amin: Includes technical knowledge of survey and settlement (both theory and practical).
