Eligibility Criteria and Selection Process
1. Block Programme Manager (BPM)
- Qualifications: Postgraduate with at least 55% marks and a one-year diploma in Computer Application.
- Selection: Mark Assessment, Computer Test, and Viva Voice.
2. Block Data Manager (BDM)
- Qualifications: Graduate with a minimum of 50% marks and a one-year diploma in Computer Application.
- Selection: Mark Assessment, Computer Test, and Viva Voice.
3. Finance-cum-Logistic Assistant (FLA)
- Qualifications: Graduation in Commerce or SAS Accountant with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Selection: Written Test, Computer Test, and Viva Voce.
4. RMNCH/FP Counsellor
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields with at least 55% marks and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Selection: Written Test and Viva Voce.
5. Psychiatric Nurse
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy with 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Selection: Written Test and Viva Voce.
